Our story
Yash Developers was established in 2009 with one aim: give families in Solapur a safe way to buy land. Our first venture, Krushna Park, Boramani, launched in 2010. It set the standard we still follow — legal papers in order, infrastructure built before handover, and honest pricing.
Today we have developed 32 layouts across Solapur and 1,406 families have booked plots with us.
